Cancellation and Refund Policy
At EcoNxt, we aim to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
To cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@econxt.in or +91 9035636027.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
After Shipping
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
You may still request a return after receiving the product (see Return section below).
2. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Personal care items (toothbrushes, soaps, reusable pads, etc.)
Food, wellness, or edible products
Customized / personalized items
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Replacement Policy
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer:
Free replacement of the same product
ORA full refund, based on your preference.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit/debit card provider
